Research & Development

Prior to selling any coating, GBIE will identify the best coating and crosslinker combination for the customer’s substrate. If existing SLIP-COAT products do not satisfy the customer’s need, or they perform sub-optimally on the customer’s substrate, GBIE’s R&D team will determine if a pretreatment can help or they will work to develop a new coating that fulfills all requirements. This ensures that each customer receives a coating solution that both functions as intended and is optimized for their substrate. GBIE provides this and other R&D support at no charge to the customer.
